1- Before Starting an Application

 

US Customer: Identification is not required for US Customers. We will contact you via email within 48 hours with instructions if further documents are needed for the approval of your application.

 

Non-US Customers: Scan your photo ID & 2nd form of ID prior to starting the application. You will need to upload them during the application process. Doing this will ensure your account is processed as quickly as possible.

 

We require 2 forms of identification for each individual listed on the account, one must be a photo ID.

 

Acceptable forms of identification are:

• A copy of an unexpired / valid picture driver's license
• A copy of an unexpired / valid picture passport
• A copy of an unexpired / valid picture state issued picture ID

*For Partnerships, LLCs, Trusts and Corporate Accounts, it is required to submit legal documents that show proof of existence.

 

3- You Must Fund to Start Trading

You will not be able to trade in your account until funds are cleared and appear in your account.
